A coletânea segue os lançamentos FILM LOTUS de Nakashima, mas dessa vez traz todos os PVs da cantora desde seu single de estreia STARS a seu mais novo lançamento LOVE IS ECSTASY. A coletânea GREATEST LOTUS será uma edição limitada e virá com um total de 44 PVs em dois DVDs.
